Prevented created/update_by filters be wiped in search
...
Updating filters via sidebar would wipe the created_by/update_by filters
since these were not part of the sidebar filter form.
This adds them, if existing, as hidden inputs.
Includes tests to cover.

Reorgranised blade view files to form a convention

- Primarily moved and re-organised view files.
- Included readme within views to document the convention.
- Fixed some issues with page field select list in previous commit.
- Tweaked some route names while going through.
- Split some views out further.

Converted primary color use to css variable
...
- Removed all existing SCSS usage of primary color.
- Cut down custom styles injection to just be css vars.
- Reduced button styles so default button is primary.
- Updated button styles to lighten/brighten on hover & active states even
when a custom color is set.
- Removed unused scss color vars.
- Updated default BookStack blue to achieve better accessibility.

Also changed up how base URL setting was being done
by manipulating incoming request URLs instead of

Added entity-specific search results pages. Cleaned & Fixed search results bugs

Added search result pages for pages, chapters and books.
Limited the results on the global search as it just listed out an infinate amount.
Fixed styling on new detailed page listings and also removed the 'bars' from the side to create a cleaner view.
Fixed bad sql fulltext query format that may have thrown off searches.
Reduced the number of database queries down a thousand or so.
