Replaced use of custom 'baseUrl' helper with 'url'
...
Also changed up how base URL setting was being done
by manipulating incoming request URLs instead of
altering then on generation.

Implements Laravel's queue abilities into the email notification job. Should not affect existing installations that are not using queues as the environment file defaults to `sync`.
