Started upgrade to TinyMCE6, Untested
- Merged in latest TinyMCE code.
- Gone through tinymce upgrade guide, made required config changes.
- Altered license references.

Got TinyMCE 5 added in barely working state
- Some extensions & custom actions not working.
- Updated anything visual to not be breaking (Icons) and anything
functional that prevented loading.
